Then click on “My Account Is Compromised ” button. After clicking it enter your email address, username, phone number or full name associated with your account and then click on “Search“.


Step 3:

Complete the security check by entering the captcha in the text box and then click on submit.


Step 4:

If you enter your username then all the accounts with the same username are displayed.  You need to select the appropriate account from the list of similar usernames. It is recommended to enter your email address or phone number in order to avoid the difficulty in choosing your own account.


Step 5:

After selecting your account you are prompted to enter the current password or old password by which you log into your Facebook before the account was compromised. Then click on “Continue“.


Step 6:

In this step, you are asked to select the medium through which you would like to reset your password. You can select email or phone to which the password reset link is to be sent. Then click on “Continue“.


If you do not have access to your email or the phone number you have provided then, click on the “No longer have access to these?” link. Then enter your current email address or phone number and confirm it for the Facebook support and then click  “Continue“.
