The OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus 8 Pro have been launched via online event. The key features of the OnePlus 8 series are its Snapdragon 865 processor and unique HD cameras.

Processor: Both the OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus 8 Pro comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. RAM: OnePlus 8 Pro = 8GB and 12GB with DDR5 OnePlus 8 = 8GB and 12GB with DDR4 Internal storage: 128GB and 256GB. Screen: OnePlus 8 Pro = 6.78-inch,resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels OnePlus 8 = 6.55-inch,resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels Both use OLED panels. Rear camera: The OnePlus 8 Pro has four rear cameras. 1. The primary camera uses a 48-megapixel image sensor paired with an F1.78 lens. 2. 2nd ultra-wide-angle camera also uses a 48-megapixel sensor. 3. The telephoto camera with 3X zoom uses an 8-megapixel image sensor. 4. Fourth camera has a 5-megapixel sensor with colour filter. The OnePlus 8 has three rear cameras. 1. A 48-megapixel primary camera. 2. 16-Megapixel ultra-wide camera. 3. 2-Megapixel macro lens camera.
